ArtCee is a jobs and collaboration platform designed for the Arts & Entertainment industry. ArtCee gives creatives control over their professional brand and the ability to connect with other industry professionals, making it easier to collaborate on their projects.
ArtCee.co officially launched in September 2022, and we are looking for additional staff to help us ramp up to a commercialization phase. We have projects in place to provide live entertainment and crew for community and cultural events and a contract to create entertainment segments for a new Las Vegas-based Filipino TV and radio station that livestreams to the Philippines.
Entertainment Connects LLC is the legal entity formed in Nevada and operates under the ArtCee.co platform. We are a 100% Woman and Minority Owned Business. Our target audience and reach has extended throughout the U.S., Philippines, Mexico, and India, and are proud to represent diversity-led projects and initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews with talent and industry connections
- Assist with Featured Guest interviews
- Transcribe interviews from audio and video files as needed
- Research community events and individual talent to highlight on the website and other media outlets
- Project management and event coordination as necessary
- Maintain company Community Events calendar
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute various outreach events.
- Attend community outreach and industry events
- Assist Creative Team in posting content to social media as needed
- Comfortable working within the Arts & Entertainment community
- Must be comfortable working in a team setting
Talent Outreach
- Connect with current and potential ArtCee talent pool with the goal of retaining and expanding userbase.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with talent
- Transcribe interviews with talent
- Manage and organize live video recordings
- Create excellent relationships with talent and community partners
- Pursue potential for strategic partnerships within the community
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute various outreach events.
- Work with creative team to create completed segments to broadcast with TV and radio station partners
- Project management and event coordination as necessary
- Attend community outreach and industry events
