You’ll get hands-on training and learn valuable skills while working directly with clients and supporting our podcast production team.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients — answering calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service.
• Help schedule client meetings and keep our internal calendars organized.
• Assist in managing podcast room bookings and learn how to operate podcast equipment and software.
• Support social media management tasks (posting, scheduling, basic content creation).
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
• Reliable transportation to our office.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and social media apps.
• Interest in content creation, podcast production, or social media marketing.
• Use and manage our CRM system to log client interactions, track workflows, and organize project notes.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn — no experience required, training provided!
