Position Title: Dietary Supplements Production Line Tech

Overview: The Dietary Supplements Production Line Tech is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process of dietary supplements according to established protocols and standards. This role involves operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations

Operate production machinery (blenders, encapsulates, mixers, packaging machines) in line with SOPs and safety standards

Follow batch records and formulas to accurately process raw materials

Monitor process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow to maintain consistency
Quality Control

Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks (weights, hardness, etc.)

Identify and report defects or inconsistencies to supervisors or QA staff
Cleaning & Sanitization

Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas before and after production runs

Follow cleaning protocols and use proper sanitizing agents

Dispose of waste materials per company procedures
Safety Compliance

Follow all workplace safety protocols and wear required PPE

Report any hazards, incidents, or near misses promptly
Team Collaboration
