Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Development Manager to lead the product development strategy and execution for BRBCK. The PDM will be instrumental in bringing our core products to market, targeting small businesses and consumers. This role combines elements of growth management, product innovation, and strategic leadership to ensure the successful launch and adoption of the BRBCK app and BRBCK CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with BRBCK's business objectives and market needs.

• Product Innovation: Drive the innovation and enhancement of BRBCK's products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and market relevance.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement effective go-to market strategies for the BRBCK app and BRBCK CRM, focusing on small businesses and consumer markets.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product messaging, positioning, and customer engagement.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve products and
enhance user experience.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and drive continuous
improvement.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product development team, fostering a culture of innovation and
excellence.
