Job Title: Front Desk/Smoothie Operator

Objectives:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk/Smoothie Operator to join our dynamic team. This position combines exceptional customer service with the ability to craft delicious smoothies. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual that values exceptional customer service.

General Front Desk Duties:

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about the company, its services, and available resources.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the building and grounds are secure, organized, and clean.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for accidents or incidents.
  • Accept membership fees.

Telephone Management:

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Take and relay messages accurately.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Always provide excellent customer service.

Smoothie Bar Operations:

  • Prepare and serve smoothies using Vitamix blenders and slushie machines.
  • Maintain a current food handler's card.
  • Inventory and restock smoothie bar supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize the smoothie bar area.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., food handling).

Additional Notes:

  • This combined role would require the employee to be cross trained in both front desk duties and smoothie bar operations.
