Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Patient Care Representative to join our team. The (PCR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. The PCR plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Check-in and Check-out: Greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and process payments.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer phones, manage incoming calls, and provide information to patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, process insurance claims, and manage paperwork.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Clinic Operations: Assist with various clinic operations as needed, such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
