Position Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV at Charleston and Decatur. Can move to Decatur and Charleston after training

Hours: fulltime. Hours of operation: Monday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: $11.50/per hour

Fruit Prep and Kitchen assistant Job Description:

The Fruit Prep/kitchen assistant at Edible Arrangements endures all fruits are washed, cut and
prepared for the designers to make arrangements.

Summary of Key Responsibilities/Skills and Qualifications:


• Ensures the highest quality products are selected and prepped.
• Cut, pair and skewer variety of fruits for arrangement designers.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn our quality standards.
• Assist with wrapping finished products in preparation for delivery.
• Maintains Guest Service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Ensure all kitchen floors and dishes are cleaned and trash are disposed of regularly.
• Assist with other duties as needed in the kitchen such as dipping fruits in chocolate and
sorting production tickets.
• Assist with making smoothies, assembling boxes and preparing shipping boxes for FedEx
pick up.
• Presents oneself in a clean professional manner and demonstrates clear communication
skills internal and external guests
• Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing In Store Training Experience and utilizes nXstep training system on an ongoing basis.

Education

High School Education diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work attire requirements:

Khaki, no ripped jeans or black pants & Non slip work shoes.

feel; and must be able to talk and hear.
